2 hurt in Winters drunken driving accident
Two people were seriously injured in a drunken driving accident Thursday outside of Winters.According to the California Highway Patrol, Winters resident Daniel S. Heilman, 22, was driving a 2006 Nissan Sentra on County Road 93A south of County Road 31 when he drifted west of the roadway edge.
